The NYC Collegiate Military Boxing Classic is independently organized and promoted. Participation by any academy, institution, cadet-athlete, coach, representative, or guest does not imply official sponsorship, approval, or endorsement of the event, its organizers, sponsors, vendors, products, or services. Participating in this event shall not constitute an endorsement of the VMI Alumni Association (VMIAA) by any of the Participating Federal Service Academies, the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, or related federal organizations.​ The names, seals, insignia, logos, trademarks, and uniforms of participating institutions and government organizations are used solely for identification and informational purposes.
